BST Performance Portals
TAMPA, Fla. – 1 May 2008 – Ron Mitori, Chief Financial Officer of leading international hospitality and leisure design firm WATG, presented at the sixth annual Environmental Financial Consulting Group (EFCG) A/E CEO Conference, 17-19 March in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This annual invitation-only event focuses on the key issues faced by building design and construction management firms. The conference was attended by over 90 representatives from top design firms around the world.
In his presentation, Driving Organizational Change Management through Performance Portals, Mitori discussed the strategies behind using performance portals and how WATG leverages this technology to improve operational efficiency. WATG recently implemented BST Performance Portals, BST Global’s latest business performance management solution. BST Performance Portals provided an increased emphasis on managing daily operations, proactively highlighting project and resource exceptions, introducing business performance management, and providing tools for analysis and discovery.
“WATG has taken advantage of the visibility provided by performance portals, which enables operations and project managers to make critical decision quickly and with confidence,” said Stan Bunn, director of account management for BST Global. “We are grateful to have Ron speak about the benefits of performance portals for his organization on our behalf.”
